I know I upset you by following you when you didn't want me to. I should have respected your boundary the first time. You shouldn't have had to explain it again, and I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable.
I can't undo that moment, but I can learn from it. I'll respect your space when you ask for it, listen the first time, and not repeat what made you uncomfortable. You deserve an apology that comes with changed behaviour.
